Items listed as "In Stock!"- these items are in stock at our warehouse and should be shipped within 24 hours.
Australian Orders - Delivery of the parcel via free Australia Post shipping can take up to 7 days, longer at times. Upgrade to Courier Shipping for only $6.95, and once it has been shipped from us delivery is 1-2 business days depending on your area.

Items listed as "At supplier warehouse - Ships from us in 10 - 14 days"- these items are not an item that we have instock and it will need to be ordered in from our supplier which can take 10-14 days. Your item will be shipped from our warehouse once it has been received (usually within 10-14 days)

All Australian Orders are shipped via Australia Post, which is a non-trackable regular mail service. Delivery is usually within 7 days from when it is shipped by us. However, it can at times take longer depending on your area.
If you purchase a Courier Upgrade for only $6.95, or if your order value is greater than $100 (before shipping), your parcel is shipped via Australian Air Express courier and will have a tracking number allocated. Delivery is usually 1-2 business days but can sometimes takes longer for rural or remote areas
Orders over $100 will require a signature and in some cases if you are not home to accept delivery the driver will leave a card advising you of further re-delivery or pickup options. Items will be left at the nearest courier depot or Australia Post Post Office if you are not home for you to pickup. If your item is returned to us because of incorrect addressing we will have to charge a re-delivery fee if you wish the item to be delivered again, so please ensure your address is correct!
Australian Air Express offer tracked shipping, we provide tracking numbers via email once your order has been shipped
International Shipping (Outside Australia)
International shipments (if available) are sent via Australia Post International Airmail. Please Note: Australia Post Air Mail is a regular mail service and does not have a tracking number

Some articles can not be sent internationally for example hazardous materials or very large items.
